We work with a few EAP and PPO insurance panels. Please contact your insurance provider to request our services.
If you have insurance but we are not a preferred provider, we can submit claims to your insurance carrier on your behalf as an out of network provider. You may want to check with your insurance first to determine your benefits.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Don't let session fees discourage you, we are willing to work with you to find an affordable fee that works best for you. Please don't hesitate to contact us to discuss fee options.
Cash and all major credit cards accepted for payment. A credit card is required to be kept on file but you are welcome to choose the payment option that best fits your needs.
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. Each practitioner reserves the right to amend this policy as needed, your counselor will go over this information with you in your first session.
