$110 per 50-minute session (see below for other rates)

Insurance
I am on a few EAP and PPO insurance panels. Please contact your insurance provider to request my services.
If you have insurance but I am not a preferred provider I can provide you paperwork to submit your own claims to your insurance carrier. You may want to check with your provider first.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis. I also offer a special student rate. Please call to enquire about our fees and I am happy to answer any questions you may have. Don't let my fee discourage you, I am willing to work with you to find an affordable fee that works best for you. Please don't hesitate to contact me to discuss fee options.

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
