Hello! My name is Ivy (she/her), and I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate student at Seattle University. I am on a mission to serve individuals in the greater Seattle area treating mental and emotional disorders as well as promoting optimal mental health and functioning through a holistic lens.

My counseling philosophy is to nurture a professional relationship with you that empowers you to accomplish your mental health, wellness, relational, and career goals. My approach is client-centered and collaborative, which means that you are the expert in your life, and I am here to walk alongside you and provide insight. Our time together will allow you room to breathe amidst the business of your life, and we will explore your thoughts, process your emotions, and help you to create positive changes.

I always seek to counsel from a multicultural lens and maintain a sense of curiosity and humility, especially because I hold many privileged identities. As a queer person, I have a special passion for working with LGBTQIA+ folks and other sexual minorities. I am earning my degree from an accredited program whose curriculum emphasizes social justice, and I am optimistic my education and training will be of use to you in your healing process.
