Camille (she/her)
MA, LMFTA

Hi, my name is Camille. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA), and I work with couples and individuals. I look forward to working with you as you venture down the brave path of self-discovery and empowerment. I value client centered therapy, and will gently challenge you, while also being your cheerleader. I come to therapy with a strength-based approach, believing that you have the power within yourself to make change, and that my role is to help you identify and foster your deep knowledge of self. I use a tailored approach to therapy, using techniques from Narrative, Solutions Focused and Existential therapeutic lenses.

I believe that dysfunctional patterns can be broken if they are identified and if effort is made toward disrupting them. I use this approach in my work with couples, taking on an Emotionally Focused lens, and employing techniques from Gottman Couples Therapy.

I believe that therapy takes teamwork and I love helping my clients light the way on their own forged path. I welcome and expect client feedback. If you feel that something is not working for you, we can collaborate to determine a route forward.

I have a wide range of interests when working with clients. I have particular interest in the areas of evolution of identity, grief and loss, dysfunctional interactional patterns in couples, and anxiety, specifically phobias.
