As a therapist my mission is to provide a safe environment in which you can rest, discover, heal, and grow. My approach is client-centered, working as your ally and having the privilege of witnessing your life as you change, grow, and live into your goals, becoming ever more yourself. Together with an approach of curiosity and open-mindedness, we will discover what is true for you, how you would like to grow, and become aware of your innate and developing strengths. I find that an integrative approach that is strength-based and incorporates psychotherapy and mindfulness allows for looking deeply into what has been, as well as moving forward by learning new ways of being, bringing the mind, heart, and body into an alliance of holistic health. My desire is to see clients find personal power through gaining new perspectives, practicing choice, and developing tools to help them thrive in their daily life.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I received an MA in School Counseling from Seattle Pacific University and worked for six years with high school students in Seattle. I have continued to expand my education and therapeutic approaches through completing the Certificate Program in Clinical Theory and Practice through Wellspring Family Services and attending therapeutic trainings focused on Attachment Theory, Grief and Loss, Cultural Competence, and Mindfulness techniques. I also enjoy reading and researching therapeutic modalities and practices that I can incorporate in my work with clients for their benefit and greater wellness.
