Hi, I’m Haley! I use she/her pronouns. I would be honored to hold your stories and help you reach your goals.
I’m currently completing my master’s degree in couple and family therapy at
Seattle University. I came to this field after experiencing therapy’s
life-changing effects for myself. To me, therapy is first and foremost a place
to receive the powerful healing force of acceptance! I can help you
understand, support, love, and care for yourself in new ways. I want you to
feel safe to openly explore your challenges in life and relationships as we
collaborate on a plan toward change. I hope you will find soothing,
self-exploration, and a confident path forward from your therapy
experience.
I offer therapy for adolescents, adults, families, and couples. Whether you are in a communication rut with a loved one and struggling with
conflict, or navigating depression, anxiety, grief, self-esteem struggles,
life transitions, or any other challenge life throws at you, I am here to
help!
I will tailor my approach to your situation and needs, working from my
interests in narrative therapy, family systems theories, and cognitive
behavioral therapy (CBT) for individuals, and Gottman and emotionally focused
therapy (EFT) for couples. I strive for a humble approach that will put your
unique experiences and strengths at the center of our work.
Thank you for considering me to be your therapist, and my warm wishes to you
in finding what you need!
