MA, LMHC

My name is Judyline (Judy-Lynn) and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I believe everyone has rich and complex stories that are waiting to be heard and shared. My work is guided by those stories.

Through counseling there is much healing, growth, and empowerment that can occur. I support individuals experiencing a wide range of concerns, which include grief and loss, depression, and anxiety. In addition, I am particularly interested in working alongside clients as they explore their racial, sexual, and multicultural identities. I gravitate toward humanistic theories, namely Person-Centered, Gestalt, Narrative, and Existential therapy.

I am intentional about establishing trust and safety with my clients, and use a client-focused, empathic approach. I believe this provides a solid therapeutic foundation that is holistic, personalized, and culturally relevant.
